Our pricing is simple and transparent – a fixed fee, starting with 3 months, that covers reviewing or preparing your documents, target list of investors, managing the outreach, and supporting all the steps to close. We’ll also research similar and competing companies, and what they raised and from whom. And a success fee on completing the capital raise of 5% of the amount raised. We’ll deduct the fixed fee from the success fee.
And we’ll be a sounding board for strategy, strategic finance and operations.
